Founded in 1982, Danco Inspection Service is the brainchild of Dan Carter. Family owned, we pride ourselves on treating our customers’ needs and concerns like our own. The results have created a standard of service that is top-notch on every operation.

At Danco, we understand that one set of tools doesn’t fit every job, so we customize our inspections to suit your project. Our procedures for inspection and safety have been known to exceed industry standards for testing. Plus, all of our field personnel are ASNT certified by level 3 inspectors.

Beginning his career in the military, Dan gained his experience with NDT testing during his time with the United States Navy. After completing his tour, he brought this knowledge with him to the oilfield and created Danco Inspection Services. Dan’s commitment to quality, detail and service with every inspection formed the core of his business, and a reputation for customer satisfaction and thorough inspections that meet and usually exceed industry standards.

An NDT inspector for Danco since 2001, Cole also serves as director of machine shop operations for the company, and is acting liaison between Danco and oilfield service organizations like Baker Hughes MCT. His background in project management keeps operations on time and on target for clientele, ensuring inspections go as planned.

NDT Inspection Manager / Sales Representative

Working with the company since 2008, Neal is face-to-face with clientele as Danco’s NDT Inspection Manager and Sales Representative. Neal began his career at Baker Hughes and later moved into NDT inspections while working for Huntington Performance. His experience in logistics, tools and outfitting trucks for drilling operations makes him ideal for building and maintaining relationships with clientele.

Our range of non-destructive testing covers all forms of drilling equipment, from the crown of the rig to the bottom of the bit. These inspection services include:

Experience

With more than 30 years of experience, Danco standardizes all inspection equipment and supplies to verify that every inspection can be performed to the highest quality standard. The results of these standardizations are recorded and supplied to the customer for every job.

Personnel

Danco employs more than 30 experienced oilfield personnel for its operations. From machinists to NDT professionals, all of our certified field personnel have a minimum of four years testing experience in the oil and gas industry. Danco’s NDT professionals are certified through the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) recommendations.

Safety

Whether it’s a simple inspection or a full body dimensional review of an entire system, we take every task we perform seriously. Safety is our number one priority for our personnel as well as our clients.
